So, Nancy, what is health coaching, anyway?
Health coaches take clients on a journey to their best health and life by helping them see, develop, and achieve their own personal health goals.

But, Nancy, what does that really mean?
Health coaching works because it will envelop every aspect of your life. Boiled down, health coaching is about accountability. I am here to help you create healthy habits in a way that feels good to YOU.
Once you start to feel the difference in your body, it no longer comes down to willpower because you’re enjoying the changes you’ve made. Feeling bad about “not having any willpower” to fight “unhealthy” cravings disappears, because you’re already feeling great.
We will work together so you learn how to listen to your body and find new, healthful ways to meet its needs. You get to a place where you WANT to make all your decisions from a place of better knowledge about yourself, what’s going to make YOU happy, feel better, and more nourished, body, mind, and spirit.
These habits will feel less like choices, and more like they’ve just become who you are and what you do. The focus totally shifts from a “diet” mentality - what you “can’t have and do”- to what you get to have and what will nourish you as a whole.
Ultimately you will get to the point where you continually choose options that are most pleasurable for you and, most excitingly, the healthiest option becomes the most pleasurable option!
